Simon Dowson

Trustee

A Church of England vicar, Simon returned to live in North Yorkshire in 2014 and has been a SASH Supported Lodgings Host alongside his wife since 2019, having been inspired to get involved through friends who were emergency Nightstop Hosts. He brings a variety of trustee experience ranging from school governorship to church councils to an educational charity. Put together, this hopefully means that he brings a distinct contribution to the SASH board as it does its much-needed work seeking to prevent youth homelessness.
