The Secret’s Out: VANDALFEST2025 Returns to York – Bigger, Bolder and With a SASH Twist
We’re thrilled to finally reveal that VANDALFEST2025 is coming to York this summer and it’s set to be bigger than ever.
Taking over a disused office block in the centre of York, this year’s exhibition will be delivered by our friends Vandals At Work UK, a non-profit art organisation formerly known as Bombsquad who hosted Rise Of The Vandals last year.
If you joined us last year, you’ll know just how incredible this event can truly be.
Rise Of The Vandals helped raised just under an incredible £22,000 for SASH through donations and shop sales. This funding directly helped us continue supporting young people at risk of homelessness across York and North Yorkshire.
This year, we’re thrilled to announce that SASH will have its very own installation as part of the four-floor event, running across three consecutive weekends this July which our young people will play a part in creating.
What to Expect:
- Four floors of immersive art from talent across the UK
- Resident and guest DJs
- A huge shop packed with original artwork, prints and merch
- Live wall art and installations
- Free entry – donations welcomed
- Dog-friendly
- Toilets on site
- Address: 2, Low Ousegate, York YO1 9QU
Opening Times (11am – 6pm):
Weekend 1 – 11th, 12th & 13th July
Weekend 2 – 18th, 19th & 20th July
Weekend 3 – 25th, 26th & 27th July
Please note: Due to the nature of the building, access to all four floors is via stairs only.
This isn’t just an art event – it’s a brilliant combination of community, creativity, and social impact. And we’re honoured to be part of it once again.
Whether you’re a returning visitor or a first-time attendee, we’d love for you to round up your friends, families, and groups to support VANDALFEST2025 and help raise more money for young people facing homelessness.

Let’s make #VANDALFEST2025 the biggest one yet!
