SASH Enhancement Programme

SASH Enhancement Programme is shaped by the individual needs of the young people we support. We work closely with each person to provide opportunities that strengthen their journey with SASH and support their transition into independent life beyond our service.

The programme focuses on building emotional resilience, supporting education, employment and training (EET), and developing key life skills that enable independent living. This includes practical and tailored support, such as providing a gym membership, access to a bike to travel to work, or one‑to‑one counselling when required.

All enhancement activity is guided by the young person’s Support Plan, which is used throughout their SASH journey to set goals, monitor progress, and develop the skills and confidence needed to live independently.

“I would be in a very different place right now if it wasn’t for SASH.  I feel like they truly saved my life, and I will be forever grateful.  Thank you SASH”.
