Get involved in the Skip for SASH challenge and get moving for a great cause.
Did you know that just a few minutes of skipping brings a range of health benefits, including heart and lung fitness, stronger bones, balance and flexibility?1
Follow the steps below to get started with your challenge:
1) Skip for 5 minutes
Trust us – it’s harder than it sounds!
2) Nominate 5 people you know on social media
Tag friends and family who you think would like to get involved. Most importantly, make sure you tag SASH – @sashyorks on Facebook, @sashyorks on Insta and @sashinyork on Twitterso we can give you a shoutout!
3) Donate a fiver to the SASH #LifeAfterLockdown appeal here
Get moving and do some great exercise and make a difference to local young people facing homelessness. Thank you for your support!
